Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is pelvic floor physical therapy?

Pelvic floor physical therapists have specialized training to treat bowel, bladder and sexual health conditions. Our pelvic floor PT Natalie is trained to assess the pelvic floor internally (vaginally or rectally). This will be explained prior using a model and you can always decline internal treatment. You are always in control of your body during sessions.

  • What is the One80 System® and how is it different from conventional PT?

The One80 System® is a patented evaluation and treatment process used by physical therapists to get to the root cause of orthopedic injury and discomfort. By assessing and treating neuromuscular inhibition, One80 quickly and effectively eliminates symptoms like pain and loss of motion. Unlike traditional physical therapy, this method is a WHOLE BODY approach. The One80 system allows us to assess total body function.

  • Do you treat men and women?

Yes we treat all genders.

  • Are you in network with insurance?

We are not in network with insurance. Sessions are one on one for an hour and the initial evaluation is $250 and follow up visits are $225.

We are an out of network fee for service provider. Payment is required at the time of service and there is no surprise billing. Super bills (receipts) are provided to all patients after sessions that can be submitted to your insurance. You can call your insurance and ask about your out of network coverage:

  1. What is my out of network deductible?

  2. How much will I be reimbursed when I meet my deductible?

  • Can I use my HSA/FSA benefits?

Yes! You can use a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. Physical therapy is a qualified medical expense.

  • Why are you an out of network provider?

Our aim is to provide the best possible care, period. This is not your average physical therapy clinic! We look at you as a whole person and spend an hour one on one. We do not believe that insurance should dictate your treatment.

  • I want to find out more information. Can I speak with someone?

Yes, we offer all new patients a free 5-10 minute phone consultation. Please fill out our contact form or give us a call.

  • Can I bring my child to the appointment?

Yes! Children are welcome. We understand child care can be difficult. Natalie is happy to baby wear if you are comfortable or rock the stroller back and forth as much as possible during a session.
